- Penetrating trauma
- Chest pain and/or shortness of breath
- Hypotension
- Hypoxia
- Tachycardia
- Abnormal EKG
- Guidance of pericardiocentesis
- Confirmation of transvenous pacing wire placement

Pericardium: No effusion
Cardiac: Normal contraction
